Bill Wagner is a Certified EOS® Implementer, and helps entrepreneurs and their leadership teams get what they want from their businesses. Bill understands today’s entrepreneurs because he’s been deeply immersed in their world for more than two decades, first as a successful business leader, then as a scholar, and most recently as a trusted advisor to executives wanting to improve themselves and their companies.
While writing his book, The Entrepreneur Next Door, Bill surveyed more than 1,500 successful entrepreneurs to create a seminal work that proves there’s a strong relationship between personality and success. He brings that same dedication to research and breadth of knowledge in his role as the only EOS® (Entrepreneurial Operating System®) Implementer who is also a Predictive Index Certified Partner. In essence, Bill firmly grasps the “people side” of business, and leverages that unique expertise to help organizations overcome the challenges that undermine success.
Bill was introduced to EOS® after a fellow Vistage member began implementing the framework and raved about the results. Bill, a systems-thinker at heart, was intrigued. After research and due diligence, Bill decided this was his passion, and his quick success earned him the designation of Certified EOS® Implementer. This was a natural career evolution, which allowed Bill to build on the 20 years spent as a successful businessman, first at multinational brands Pepsi and Xerox and then building and selling three businesses of his own.
Bill’s unique qualifications allow him to assist any-sized organization or business unit in getting to the “people side” of the business, and systemic business issues sooner, more objectively and deeper. His experience and credentials, combined with an entertaining and interactive speaking style allows for intense introspection, with a sprinkle of humor to keep things real.
Brian discovered a passion for entrepreneurism while working at an economic development company. It was there where he developed a successful program to train entrepreneurs on raising research and development funding through various public sector agencies.
Soon thereafter, Brian co-founded a company that would achieve Inc. 5000 status as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in North America for four consecutive years. Brian and his team grew the business to encompass five regional offices throughout the U.S., seven separate businesses and the addition of multiple partners over the course of a ten-year period.
Brian’s passion of empowering talent to build teams led him to discover the value of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) for his company. By rolling EOS into the hands of leaders, the business experienced a wave of accountability around a unified vision and plan, ultimately yielding a significant revenue growth.
EOS allowed Brian to work less, and eventually step away from his business to pursue a passion of helping other entrepreneurs. Brian now sits on the Board of Directors of the business that he co-founded, and spends all of his time as an EOS Implementer.
Empowering talent to build teams that successfully grow businesses is Brian’s passion. As an EOS Implementer, Brian works with high-performing leadership teams to implement a company-wide proven system that affords Brian the opportunity to enjoy this passion with each new client.
Dan has entrepreneurship in his DNA, and has launched and grown a number of companies including a chain of sports medicine clinics that he grew to the top 1% in revenue in its class in the nation. He ran this company for 14 years before ultimately selling and moving into other businesses such as advisory, real estate development and health & wellness.
Dan discovered his passion for helping entrepreneurs through his previous advisory company, and in discovering Gino Wickman’s book ‘Traction’, he immediately new that EOS was the system that would deliver the biggest impact in the simplest system for entrepreneurial companies. As a founder and having experienced many of the frustrations that entrepreneurs share, EOS is the missing link that could have saved him tremendous time and money had he “ just known about EOS back then ”.
Dan’s varied experiences and diverse career path has created a dynamic background perfect for helping entrepreneurs get what they want from their business through the Entrepreneurial Operating System. In his own words, “ I absolutely love having an immediate impact with people and seeing the lights go on when implementing EOS with companies. It’s my passion, and helping other’s find or multiply their success never gets old ”.
Residing in LA, California with his wife and two boys, Dan will work with companies on the West coast.
